MW CASC Postdoctoral Associate
Dr. Yisa Ginath is a conservation scientist, mostly interested in interdisciplinary research projects at the intersections between climate change and sustainability, biodiversity monitoring and conservation, landscape ecology, ecological modeling, and GIS and Remote Sensing. He is a holder of a Master of Science degree in Forest Information Technology, and a PhD in Geography, Urban, and Environmental Studies. He is working on developing climate refugia maps and web mapping and assessment tools for the MW CASC region, under the Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
