Event Details:

Climate change and other factors could lead to persistent shifts in waterfowl distributions in the Central and Mississippi flyways – potentially disrupting existing management practices and putting an economically and culturally important resource in jeopardy.

In this month’s Science Seminar, Dr. Lisa Webb will present on her MW CASC-funded research project that is investigating decades-worth of data in order to understand historical waterfowl distribution changes and inform future management and conservation.

Lisa is an ecologist with the U.S. Geological Survey, Missouri Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit, University of Missouri.
